Using this website

You may use this website to learn about Pocketloom and contact us for legitimate business purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, misuse its forms, access restricted systems, or submit unlawful or harmful material.

The private preview

A requested website preview is an exploratory build based on the information available after the first call. It is not a production service, a guaranteed commercial result, or a substitute for your review of claims, legal requirements, accessibility, and industry obligations.

If you do not proceed, we retain the private preview for 30 days after presentation and then delete it. We may decline a preview request where the work would be unlawful, misleading, unsafe, or outside our current scope.

Paid services

Subscriptions, implementation, support, data processing, service levels, cancellation, and other paid-service terms are governed by the agreement presented before you become a customer. The pricing page is general product information, not a standalone service contract.

Ownership and portability

Ownership and license terms are documented in the customer agreement. Website code and customer-provided assets can be handed over as agreed. Pocketloom-specific services, agent automation, connected data, and third-party dependencies do not automatically become portable code and may require migration or replacement.

Content and availability

We work to keep the site accurate, but product capabilities, availability, and pricing may change. Build stories marked as in progress are not presented as completed case studies, and illustrative examples should not be read as promised outcomes.
