What happens when a problem is found?
A failed form check or notification issue starts your website agent on a Pocketloom site. It investigates and works on a fix, with progress recorded in the incident. Website outages get repeat checks before an agent starts. Website changes follow your publishing permissions.
Can I monitor my existing websites?
Yes. Keep your current host and CMS. We check public HTTPS websites from outside, without adding a script or changing your pages.
What is included free?
Five-minute uptime checks for up to 50 websites in one portfolio, response times, labels, 30 days of availability history and incident timelines. You can enable email alerts for existing websites during setup.
Which inquiry forms are checked?
Supported Pocketloom forms get a daily browser check and another check after a new version goes live. Tests do not create customer inquiries. During setup, we confirm coverage for forms that use media uploads or external services.
What does the email delivery rate show?
The percentage of inquiry notification emails accepted by the receiving email service. Pending or unconfirmed emails are shown separately. This is delivery to the email service, not proof of inbox placement. Inquiries stay saved in Inbox if an email fails.
