Customers can choose where agents act automatically, where they prepare a draft, and where they must ask first. The activity history records the work so autonomy stays inspectable.
A private asset preview is not kept forever.
If you do not proceed after the preview review, we retain the private asset preview for 30 days, then delete it. This gives your agency a decision window without creating an indefinite archive.
Client content and supported exports remain portable.
Client-provided content and supported exports can be handed over as agreed. Pocketloom-hosted submissions, inbox history, automations and agent workflows require export or replacement if the service ends.
