This notice explains how Pocketloom handles personal information submitted through this marketing website, including build requests, contact forms, and waitlist forms. Customer-service data used inside the Pocketloom platform may be covered by a separate service agreement and data-processing terms.

We collect the details you choose to submit, such as your name, email address, business name, website, service area, and message. Basic technical logs may also be created when you visit the site or submit a form, such as timestamps, request metadata, and information needed to prevent abuse.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to you, arrange the requested build call, prepare a relevant website preview, operate and protect the website, and understand interest in Pocketloom. We do not sell personal information.
Website previews
Information discussed during the build call may be used to create your private preview. If you do not become a customer, the preview is retained for 30 days after presentation and then deleted, unless we must keep limited records for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Service providers and transfers
We may use service providers to host the website, process form submissions, communicate with you, and protect the service. They receive information only as needed to provide those services. Depending on where these providers operate, information may be processed outside your country.
Retention and your choices
We retain inquiry records only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above and applicable obligations. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to legal exceptions.
