This notice explains how Pocketloom handles information submitted through this marketing website, including pilot inquiries, portfolio-scan requests, contact forms, and waitlist forms. Customer-service data inside the Pocketloom platform may be covered by separate service terms.
Information we collect
We collect the details you choose to submit, such as your name, email address, business name, website, and message. On the homepage and dedicated service pages, we record a limited set of anonymous events: page view, button click, form start, and delivered inquiry. These records include page and source tags and a tab-session identifier. We do not put your email, message, IP address, user agent, or full referrer URL in the event table. Basic service logs may still contain request metadata needed to operate and protect the site.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry, assess fit, prepare an agreed private preview, operate and protect the website, and understand which pages and services visitors find useful. We do not sell personal information.
Business outreach
We may use publicly listed business contact details to send a relevant, limited business inquiry. We keep the source and any opt-out request so we do not contact that address again. You can ask us to stop by replying to an email or writing to hello@pocketloom.co.
Interactive-asset previews
Information discussed during the fit call may be used to create a private client-asset preview. If you do not become a customer, the preview is retained for 30 days after presentation and then deleted, unless we must keep limited records for legal, security, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Service providers and transfers
We may use service providers to host the website, process form submissions, communicate with you, and protect the service. They receive information only as needed to provide those services. Depending on where these providers operate, information may be processed outside your country.
Retention and your choices
We retain inquiry records only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above and applicable obligations. You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to legal exceptions.
